WHERE IS MY ORDER?

We do our best to estimate the most accurate delivery time for your convenience. Please note: Estimated delivery dates apply to in-stock items only and may not be available depending on shipment details. Delivery of out-of-stock items is subject to availability. The dates provided are estimates and subject to change and do not apply to PO Boxes or US Territories.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS MISSING?

If the tracking information for your package is confirmed delivered, and you are unable to locate the delivered package please:

  1. 1. Check with neighbors and family members
  2. 2. Look around the delivery location
  3. 3. Check for notice of attempted delivery
  4. 4. Contact the carrier directly who can assist further

Note: ADORO Cosmetics Online monitors claims of lost, missing, wrong and damaged items for abuse. Lost, missing, wrong and damaged items must be reported immediately upon receipt of the shipment, and any damaged, wrong, missing items must be retained (including the shipper). ADORO Cosmetics Online reserves the right to limit or deny the reshipment or credit of an order/item in all instances.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your ADORO purchase, simply return the unused portion and we will remit your account for the full amount of the purchase or exchange for another item. If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased Online, either placed in a ADORO Store by a ADORO Artist using our in-store mobile app or on maccosmetics.com, please click HERE for step-by-step directions on returning in-store or by mail. Please note that Gift Cards and eGift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you prefer to return your order in store, please provide the store associate with your email address or bring your shipping confirmation email with you as proof of purchase.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Adorocosmetics.com is unable to accept orders to be shipped to destinations outside of the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Contact us within one hour of placing your order via Contact Us , and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT, CAN I RETURN IT?

If your online order is not as expected, Contact Us  for assistance.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials, and the items inside and contact us immediately for assistance via Contact Us or via phone at 1-646-980-6643. If you are unable to retain the contents due to the extent of damage, handle with care to take a photo of damaged item(s), and then safely discard of the damaged contents.

WHEN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM, THERE ARE TWO TRANSACTIONS ON MY CREDIT CARD. CAN YOU EXPLAIN?

When an exchange is requested, it is completed in two steps:
1) A credit is issued for the item(s) returned.
2) A new order is processed for the item(s) requested in exchange.
Two transactions will be posted to your account: a credit for the returned item(s) and one charge for the item(s) requested in exchange. While both transactions are processed in our systems at the same time, please note that the issuing bank/credit card company may take up to 10 business days to post the credit to your account.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT CAN I USE?

For online orders shipped within the United States, the following Credit Cards are accepted: American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. We also accept  AFTERPAY and Gift Cards and eGift Cards purchased from ADORO freestanding retail stores in the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada, adorocosmetics.COM 

Please enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. For orders shipped to the United States, we accept billing addresses from the United States, Canada and select international countries.

Orders placed with Afterpay, Gift Cards will be charged at the time of order placement. Orders placed with other payment methods will be charged at the time the order ships.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT IF I PURCHASE A “PRE-ORDER” ITEM?

Pre-Order is the ability to reserve a product prior to the date on which it becomes available for immediate purchase on www.adorocosmetics.com. When you purchase a Pre-Order item, we will provide an estimated ship date for that item on your order confirmation email; this date is also visible in the Order History section of your account. Pre-Order items may ship separately from other items in your order, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email when the shipment occurs. If we are unable to ship your product by the estimated ship date, we will provide you with notice and you will have an option to cancel.

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR A PRE-ORDER PURCHASE?

Adoro Cosmetics Online does not charge your credit or debit card until your item(s) has shipped (excluding Adoro Online purchases made using our Artist-assisted in-store app). However, prior to shipment, your debit or credit card statement may show an “authorization hold,” which may look similar to a deduction from your account. These funds have not been deducted but are instead being reserved within your account to ensure that your order can be processed. The authorization hold will typically last from three to seven days, depending on the policy of your bank or card issuer.
